NEW THIS YEAR: All pre-proposal submissions must use the required fillable form below.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPLETING THE PRE-PROPOSAL FORM
The project title is limited to 70 characters including spaces. The form will stop typing once this limit is reached. If funded, this title must stay the same throughout the life of the project.
Select 1, 2 or 3 years from the drop-down box on the top right corner of the form. Maximum length is 3 years.
PI, ORGANIZATION, CONTACT INFORMATION
Include information for each individual listed as PI or Co-PI. Please fill out completely. NOTE: All PI/Co-PI information will be removed before sending to committee members for review. This allows for a more unbiased review and ranking of your pre-proposal. If approved for full proposal submission, this information will be included.
List any cooperators involved in the project.
List the total amount requested for each year. The form will automatically total the grant request. A more detailed budget will be required should the pre-proposal be approved for full proposal submission. Note that WTFRC does not pay overhead charges, tuition for graduate students, publication costs, and does not fund travel to professional society meetings, including research reviews.
JUSTIFICATION AND OBJECTIVES
